RG RX-78-2 Gundam Completed!

After years being completed, and left forgotten (and in some places broken!) I finally decided to "complete" my RG Gundam RX-78-2. All part of the plan to get back into gunpla.

Pics above are showing off where I broke part of the leg armor. And it's a moveable piece too =_=;; It was why I didn't try to fix it sooner. But I finally decided to bite the bullet and try it anyhow!.

Second pic is showing the loose circle around the ankle. 3 out 4 of them keep on rolling over and giving me heart attacks! ^_^;;

I did finally manage to fix the piece! And after only 1 failed attempt! Yatta!

What I did  was sanding off the broken connection behind the broken part and the part I was trying to glue back together. Apply Mr Cement, press the broken parts together and pray!

And as I mention I failed the first time around. Luckily the part was still loose, pry it off and try again. This time I line it up perfectly before applying the cement. And it was as good as new! \[^_^]/

And as I was admiring a job well done, I saw the stickers, thought "Hey why not!"

...bad decision. I basically spend 2 hours looking at the booklet puzzling where each stickers goes where ^_^;;

But I have to admit, adding the stickers really helped the Gundam stand out even more! While a hard job, it was well worth it to apply (majority of) the stickers!

Last 2 pics is the Gundam docked in an Evangelion docking bay thing I got from a Gachapon, I must admit, the Gundam fit almostly perfectly inside it! I think I'll use that as it's base ^^

High heels! O_o

When I first saw this MS, my first thoughts were "Wow! It has some high heels!" . And then I read on a  gunpla review site, somebody saying that all gundam actually have high heels.

...and I realise they were right! O_o I just never thought of it that way before ^_^;;

The website I read the Rozen Zulu on. Also the site that mention that all gundam having high heels! XD
