OMG! Update! Gundam Unicorn!!

Urgh....this month turn out....really busy for some reason or another. And I didn't have my trusty camera to take pictures of my work. I realise that I could continue without pictures, but I just didn't want to do that. Pictures are a way for me to keep track of my progress....at least that what I think :)

Final assembly of the foot pieces. Conclusion? I realise that I really dislike the plain white colour of the Unicorn body, I will change the colours for the body. Not sure what colours I will colour it, but it definitely won't be black, or grey. Too many Unicorn with that colours running around :P

So that's my progress so far on the Unicorn, guess I will assemble it and decide on the colour scheme as I go along.

Alright! Continuing from my hazel that was refitted with the chest parts from the primrose, I decided to finish up the Hazel Custom as it it, in all it's glory :)

My HGUC 1/144 Jegan! Love the design, but I hate the limey green it has, going to repaint that later on.

Primrose converted to chest form, with it's gun attach. Also the head come from the HGUC Advance of Zeta line of kits, The Hazel Custom

Gundam MK-II Completed

Well, finally completed my first MG kit, with all the finishing touches and even gave it a coat of topcoat. Decals all done :)







Probably the first and last time that the Mk-II will show it's inner frame ever again :P

So I was doing the decals, decided to take some snapshots of some of the pieces I did the decals on.

The best 2 pieces I think have the most obvious and best looking decals

MG Gundam MK-II diassemble

Ok, finally found the time and motivation to finish up my MK-II. Did all the decals and stickers, and I gotta say I love the water slide this kit came with! So now all that's left is the Topcoating of the various parts, best done individual pieces I heard from various modeling sites. So that's why my MK-II is in pieces :P But due to bad weather today (heavy raining!) I didn't have time to finish topcating it. Did do the weapons, shield and backpack though.

First Mod Ever (The simplest one of course)

So I finally took the jump and made my first mod in any kit, ever. Of course it's the simplest one there is, modding the hands. The gist of it is, getting the last three fingers to move separately of each other. What i Did:

Using a art knife, I cut through the little bits sticking the 3 fingers together. After that it was just getting rid of the excess bits sticking from the fingers.


Heh, I wanted to use a sign that is almost universal in meaning XD.

The RX-78-2 with all it's weapon onboard! The hyper bazooka is tucked behind, with the beam rifle stored in the shield together with one of it's beam saber.
